High-entropy alloy films have the same excellent properties as high-entropy alloys and can better realize practical applications of alloys. This paper takes object discussion. The preparation process, microstructure, hardness, wear resistance corrosion are mainly discussed influence nitridation, sputtering power, substrate temperature, bias other factors on phase structure is analyzed. be prepared using magnetron sputtering, laser cladding, pulsed deposition, detonation spraying, electrochemical deposition processes. tend to form a solid solution amorphous state, their hardness far higher than that traditional films. Among them, nitride reach standard superhard Wear usually proportional hardness. Due corrosion-resistant elements structure, some stainless steel. shown profound development prospects in fields wear-resistant coatings for tools, protection, diffusion barrier photothermal conversion coatings.
